Our Chocolate Hazelnut Gelato begins with the culinary staple of French Valrhona dark chocolate combined beautifully with the robust flavor of roasted hazelnut.  To get the best flavor, we slightly roast the hazelnuts before milling them into our paste.  Some say, chocolate-hazelnut in nature’s way of making up for Mondays.  All done with Gemma’s exclusive clean label, all-natural process.
