Our house-made dark French Valrhona cocoa paste is added to the sweet and buttery cream base to balance the flavors, resulting in a divine gelato. To move this beyond divine, shreds of chocolate are added. You will need to know how to pronounce “cioccolato” when you serve this. All done with Gemma’s exclusive clean label, all-natural process.
